I have been a member of the Sumter community since 1999. I came to Shaw Air Force Base as an active duty military member and decided to make Sumter my permanent home when I retired in 2005. I am married to another Air Force retiree and we have 3 beautiful children. I became a member of the Prudential John M. Brabham Real Estate family in 2005. With a military background, devotion to customer relations and 3 years Property Management experience I promise to do all I can to make your rental experience an enjoyable one.

   I am a member of the Sumter Board of Realtors, licensed with the South Carolina Real Estate Commission since 1973 and presently manage 485 rental units. I am a Sumter native, a member of Crosswell Baptist Church and have two sons and three grandchildren.

My main focus on being a property manager is to:

• Collect the monthly rents, pay any bills pertaining to the property and send the funds and statement to the owners in a timely manner.

• Keep a good and open working relationship with our property owners.
• Continually survey the market to assure we give you the best return on your property possible.
